This item has wear and tear but the pictures and writings have not been hindered.  The spine is torn on top and bottom but can be repaired plus some pages have slight water damage discoloration, again, does not hinder the pictures nor writing.  The back cover has tears on lower left side bottom. The front cover as well as the back cover is Signed. This is a Rare Treasure of Americana History!
