Obsolete Marshall Patch
Has normal wear & tear.
With navy blue and red lettering, navy blue border, black outline on world center image, gold and red torches on right and left of world image, and white background.
Lettering at top:  International Police Olympics.
At center:  Image of world with torches, and date of 1984.
At bottom:  Phoenix, Arizona USA.
Measures 3 x 4 inches.
